Returns and Delivery

RETURNS POLICY:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I am happy to refund your order within 30 days of the delivery date, this is to give time for made to order items too. Please send an email to start the return with me, there's a contact link in the drop down menu. Custom commissions are non-returnable.

All returned jewellery must be returned in perfect condition and sent back in their original packaging. Items returned are at the buyers own risk so please use Special Delivery to ensure a safe return. Once received and condition verified a full refund will be issued, postage refund will be issued in the event I've sent the wrong order or there's a problem.

Ring sizes are the responbility of the customer, I can not accept the return of a wrong ring size, I sell a ring sizer in the ring category if you're not sure on your size. 

For international returns, customs duties/taxes must be paid for by the customer.

DELIVERY:

Times for 'made to order' pieces have the information for when to expect delivery on the listing. When hallmarking is needed this requires more time, if there's any delays I will always contact you. I aim to post out ready to ship pieces within 5 working days and tracking will be provided after posting. If you order ready to ship with made to order items in the same order they will ship together when your made to order piece is ready.

Postage is Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed in the UK to make sure your jewellery reaches you safely and is covered if anything were to happen, no other postage option covers jewellery unfortunately. Shipping to other countries are sent international tracked and signed, all customs duties/tax charges upon delivery are the customers responsibility to pay and are out of my control, thank you.

I use eco friendly recyclable materials for packaging and I hand make the jewellery pouch bags from second hand fabric.
